You can now trial at home and for what ever reason if it's not right, providing the product is returned in its original condition and packaging with all the accessories supplied we'll refund the cost of the product.

 

In order to process your return/replacement please contact our customer care team on sales@mytabcat.com and explain the problem.  We may be able to help you without the need for a return.

 

If we cannot solve your issue, we'll send you a returns form to complete and send back with your order. 

 

We recommend that you return via Postal Service “e.g Royal Mail” on a signed for delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in the post.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
