I have already told Peanut's story, but wanted to add how impressed I am, and have been with the customer service at Tabcat/Loc8tor. The staff are friendly and helpful on the phone and have gone above and beyond in helping with any issues that I might have had with the devices. It's all very well if a purchase is excellent, but if it isn't backed up by appropriate customer service, it detracts from the quality of the item. So, I just wanted to add that the customer service has been equal to the excellence of the product.
